Baked Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. unsifted flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated unpared apples
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and egg in mixer bowl.
Heat until light.
Gradually blend in combined flour, soda, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Stir in vanilla, apples and walnuts.
Turn mixture into an ungreased 8-inch square baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, or until done.
Serve warm or cold, topped with whipped topping or ice cream.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
