Easy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. sirloin steak
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. apple jelly plus 3 Tbsp. lemon juice*
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
    16 oz. pkg. frozen vegetables (Chinese style)
Preparation
    *May use 1/2 cup currant jelly instead.
