Lemon Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. confectioners sugar
2 Tbsp. softened margarine
grated rind plus juice of 1 lemon

Preparation

Cut margarine into sugar.
Add lemon rind.
Add lemon juice a little at a time until spreadable consistency.
