Oven Bake Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

white Idaho potatoes
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Wash and cut potatoes into small pieces (do not peel).
Mix flour and cheese together in plastic bag, adding potatoes.
Melt butter in shallow pan or on cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
