Delicate Garden Lettuce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, cut in half
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. torn lettuce (about 1 head)
Preparation

Rub a large wooden bowl with cut sides of garlic.
Add oil, lemon juice and salt to bowl; stir well.
Add lettuce; gently toss.
Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Yield: 4 servings.
