Toasted Mushroom Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, chopped
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. Accent
    1 c. light cream
    2 tsp. minced chives
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 family sized loaf bread
Preparation
    Chop mushrooms\tand
    saute
    for
    5
    minutes
    in butter. Blend in flour,
    salt
    and
    Accent; stir in cream.
    Cook until thick; add
    chives
    and
    lemon juice.
    Remove crust from bread and roll thin
    with rolling pin.
    Spread with mixture and roll up.
    Pack and
    when
    ready to serve, cut each roll in half and toast on all sides at 400\u00b0.
    Serve immediately.\tThese can be frozen, defrosted and toasted when ready.
