Pineapple And Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. grated raw carrots
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts
    3 c. flour, sifted
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix in large
    bowl
    eggs, salad oil and sugar.\tAdd and stir in\tgrated\tcarrots,
    pineapple,
    vanilla and nuts.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon.
    Blend into carrot and
    pineapple mixture.
    Turn into ungreased pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 until
    center
    springs
    back
    when\ttouched,
    40 minutes.
