Tuna Noodle Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. uncooked noodles
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans Cheddar cheese soup
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) cans tuna
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Melt shortening in large skillet; add onion and
    green
    pepper
    and
    cook until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk, pimento,
    salt
    and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cooked noodles and flaked\ttuna.
    Mix well and put in 1 1/2 or 2 quart casserole.\tSprinkle
    with\tbread
    crumbs
    and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 12.
