Red Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 sweet red peppers, chopped or diced
    12 sweet green peppers, chopped or diced
    8 medium onions, chopped or diced
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. canning salt
Preparation
    Chop or dice peppers and onions.
    Add sugar, vinegar and salt; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
    Put in jars and seal.
