Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 large potatoes, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 qt. water
    1 qt. milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 pieces crisp fried bacon, crumbled and set aside
Preparation
    Cook potatoes, onions, celery and salt in water until tender. Add pepper, milk and margarine and bring almost to a boil. Serve hot.
    When in the bowl, sprinkle crumbled crisp bacon on top.
    If desired, you can use shredded cheese also.
