Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 medium turnips
    1 large onion
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. grated carrot
    1 stick oleo
    Stove Top stuffing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Pare turnips and chop onion. Boil in small amount of water until tender, then mash. Add 2 cans soup, sour cream and carrot. Add about 2 cups stuffing mix (seasoned). Pour into casserole dish; dot with oleo and sprinkle some stuffing on top. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 35 to 40 minutes.
