Lemon Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, quartered and skinned
    dash of each: paprika and cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. honey
    1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation
    Season chicken with paprika and pepper.
    Combine lemon juice and honey; set aside 2 tablespoons.
    Broil chicken 4 to 5 inches from heat for 15 minutes, basting occasionally with lemon-honey mixture.
    Turn pieces over, baste and broil 15 minutes longer, or until tender.
    Combine sesame seed and reserved lemon-honey mixture.
    Spoon over chicken.
    Serve.
    May be cooked on charcoal grill.
    Makes 4 servings.
