Monterey Burgers(Good For Sugar Busters And Atkins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. BBQ sauce (for those on Atkins, use Atkins brand)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    4 Nature's Own Sugar-Free Hamburger Buns
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine meat, onion, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well.
    Form into 4 patties.
    Press 1/4 of cheese into center of each patty.
    Pull sides of patty up and over cheese, enclosing cheese completely.
    Gently reform into 1/2 inch thick patties. Cook over medium heat 10 to 12 minutes, turning once.
    Serves 4.
