Refrigerator Yeast Rolls("Parker House") - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. RapidRise yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
3 1/4 c. self-rising flour (may need a little more flour)

Preparation

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup warm water.
Pour 3/4 cup boiling water over butter and sugar.
Add well beaten egg and stir until butter is melted.
Let stand until lukewarm, then add yeast mixture.
