Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (9-inch) unbaked crusts
3 c. pumpkin
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (by hand) and pour into pie shells.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes or bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes (until knife comes out clean when inserted into center).
