Strawberry Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. whipping cream
4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. flour
sliced strawberries
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick.
Gradually add sugar, then water and vanilla.
Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt.
Fold into egg mixture.
Grease a 15 1/2 x 10 1/2-inch pan.
Line with waxed paper, greased on both sides and extended over ends.
Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 13 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Turn out onto towel dusted with powdered sugar.
Roll up in towel.
Let cool.
Unroll; remove towel and roll up again.
