Turkey And Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. cooked turkey or chicken, left in chunks
3 1/2 c. cooked brown or white rice (may substitute 1 box Uncle Ben's wild rice mix)
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. sliced celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. broth (may substitute white wine)
1 tsp. sage leaves, crumbled
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
dash of pepper
Preparation

Saute the onion, celery and green pepper in 3 tablespoons butter or margarine. Add soup and rest of the ingredients in a 2 1/2-quart casserole (or use 2 smaller ones to bake and 1 to freeze for later).
