Collins Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans, drained
    6 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 heaping tsp. mustard
    3/4 c. catsup or barbecue sauce
    6 slices pineapple (optional)
Preparation
    Fry bacon half done; remove from pan.
    Saute onion and pepper in bacon fat.
    Mix all ingredients except pineapple.
    Bake in 9 x 13-inch dish at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with pineapple and bake for 30 minutes or more.
