Diet Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ground turkey
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 drop Sweet 'N Low
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. Accent seasoning
1 c. water
3 c. tomato juice
Preparation
-
Combine meat, garlic, chili powder, onion, bell pepper, Sweet 'N Low, salt and Accent in skillet.
Brown well.
Add water and juice.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Freezes extra well.
