Mary Ann'S Party Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes, quartered
6 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
butter to taste
garlic salt to taste

Preparation

Boil potatoes and drain.
Add cream cheese and sour cream. Whip it all together until smooth and put into baking dish.
Just before baking, melt butter over top and add dash of paprika for looks.
