Make Ahead Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes (8 large)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. onion salt (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook peeled potatoes in boiling water until tender; drain. Add cream cheese, sour cream, onion salt, salt and pepper.
    Beat until light and fluffy; cool.
    Cover; place in refrigerator (will keep several days).
