Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. corn
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. chopped red pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    4 c. chopped cabbage
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
    4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put 2 tablespoons pickling spice in a tied cheesecloth.
    Boil corn for 5 minutes.
    Cut from cob.
    Measure and mix all ingredients with 1 cup of water. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Bring to boiling.
    Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
