Poppy Seed Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf long French, Italian or sourdough bread
1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/2 to 1 grated onion
3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. poppy seed
Preparation

Slice bread lengthwise and butter.
Combine all ingredients, except poppy seed.
Spread on bread and then sprinkle with poppy seed.
Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until toasty brown.
