Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. margarine or butter
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
speck of pepper
Preparation

Wash mushrooms.
Pull out stems and chop.
Saute onion, celery and stems until tender.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
Fill caps with mixture.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Heat in oven on cookie sheet.
