Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut
2 egg yolks
1/4 stick butter
pinch of salt
Preparation

Mix all but butter.
Cook on low heat until thick.
Stir in butter; pour into 9-inch baked shell or graham cracker pie shell. Beat egg whites until stiff.
Spread over pie.
Sprinkle with coconut and brown.
