Turkey And Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 to 14 lb.) turkey
5 bouillon cubes (chicken flavored)
3 to 4 qt. water
8 medium onions, finely chopped
8 eggs
2 qt. cornbread crumbs
10 to 12 slices light bread
2 tsp. sage or to taste
1/2 tsp. each: salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook turkey in water with bouillon cubes for 5 to 6 hours (or until done) at 350\u00b0.
Remove turkey.
Set broth aside to cool. Carve turkey and arrange on platter.
Cover.
In large bowl, combine cornbread crumbs, light bread, onions, eggs and seasonings.
Add broth and mix well.
Work well with your hands, blending out bread lumps.
Mixture should be very \"soupy\".
Pour into turkey roaster and cook for approximately 1 hour.
Stir once or twice during this time.
Cook until lightly browned.
Serve with turkey.
