Ham Ball(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ham, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 c. white raisins, chopped
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash cayenne pepper
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
Preparation

Using food processor, coarsely chop ham.
Then finely chop onion and raisins.
Combine ham, onion and raisins using just enough mayonnaise for all ingredients to be consistent.
Form into a ball.
Mix cream cheese with small amount of milk (to make spreadable); add a dash of Tabasco sauce.
Spread over ham ball. Dash of cayenne pepper on top.
Garnish with parsley.
Lightly chill and serve with a crisp cracker.
Suggested wine:
Chablis or Chardonnay.
