Easy Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cake mix
    5 to 6 c. plain flour
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place water in bowl. Add salt and set aside. Mix yeast into dry cake mix. Add water. Add flour gradually. Mix and knead until smooth (can use a mixer). Knead and cover for 1 hour. Let mix rise in a warm place. Shape into rolls. Let stand until double in size. Bake in preheated oven at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 2 to 3 dozen.
