Corned Beef Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, thinly sliced
    3 carrots, thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can corned beef, minced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    cabbage
Preparation
    Layer potatoes and carrots in casserole.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer minced corned beef over potatoes and carrots, then add layer of onion.
    Next add layer of cabbage and dot with butter.
    Mix soup and sauce and pour over vegetables.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
