Swedish Meat Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak (ground)
    2 egg yolks or 1 egg
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    1/2 c. milk or stock
    1 small onion, grated
    1 tsp. lemon juice or Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix lightly; make into cakes.
    Roll in flour and brown in fat in skillet.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce or stock.
    Put in covered casserole and bake 45 minutes.
    Serve with border of rice.
