Smoked Salmon Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain, flake, and remove skin and bone from salmon.
    Mix well: salmon, cheese, juice, onion, horseradish, salt and liquid smoke. Roll in pecans and parsley.
    Wrap and refrigerate.
