Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1 qt. potatoes
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2/3 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt margarine in saucepan.
    Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk and cook.
    Stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
    Add grated cheese and stir until completely melted.
    Remove from heat.
    Place sliced potatoes in greased casserole.
    Add hot cheese sauce.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, under cover, and bake 30 minutes more or until potatoes are done.
    Makes 4 servings.
