Croissants - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry yeast
1 c. warm water
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. chilled butter
5 c. unsifted flour
1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
Preparation

In large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water to soften.
Stir in 1 cup flour, milk, egg, sugar, melted butter and salt.
Beat to make smooth batter.
Set aside.
