Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. oatmeal
    2 c. flour
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add oil and water; mix thoroughly.
    Mixture will be crumbly.
    More water can be added for bigger pieces.
    Bake for 1 1/2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
    To keep edges from getting too brown, store in airtight container.
