Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pkg. frozen succotash, cooked and drained or 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn and baby limas
    2 c. chopped celery
    2 (4 oz.) cans sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3 green onions, chopped
    8 oz. hot jalapeno cheese, cut in small cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Stir in 1/2 cup of mayonnaise or Miracle Whip. Chill 2 to 3 hours before serving.
