Chili Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. American cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. minced instant onions
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    3/4 c. nuts, finely chopped
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese.
    Blend cheeses well.
    Add onions, pepper, lemon juice and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Shape into rolls.
    Chill 30 minutes.
    Roll in chili powder.
    Chill until firm.
    Serve with snack crackers.
