Oatmeal Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. quick oats
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large mixing bowl, cream shortening with sugars until creamy.
Mix in eggs and vanilla.
