Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cans mushrooms
    1 chopped onion
    salt
    pepper
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. sour cream
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown meat with chopped onion, salt and pepper; drain.
    Add spinach and mushrooms to skillet and cook for 20 minutes.
    Mix soup, sour cream, garlic salt and 6 ounces Mozzarella cheese.
    Add mixture to meat and spinach and put in a baking dish.
    Sprinkle additional cheese on top.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
