Chili Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small can diced green chilies (mild) or 1 small can diced jalapeno chilies (spicy)
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
sliced Monterey Jack cheese
shredded Cheddar cheese
cooked rice (approximately 6 c.)
Preparation

Stir chilies and sour cream together.
Butter casserole dish. Starting with cooked rice, layer rice, sour cream mixture and slices of Jack cheese until casserole dish is full, ending with rice.
(I usually have 3 rice layers total.)
Salt and pepper to taste and top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake until heated through and cheese is melted at 350\u00b0, about 15 to 20 minutes.
