Virgie'S Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breast
    1 onion cut into quarters
    2 celery stalks cut in halves
    1/2 c. celery chopped
    1/2 c. onion chopped
    4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
    2 tsp. season salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    pinch of salt and pepper
    2 tsp. of chicken stock
    1 tsp. of minced garlic
Preparation
    In large pot add chicken, salt, pepper, quarter cut onion, celery stalks, and garlic.
    Cover with water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until chicken is done.
