Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. rump chuck or round roast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 bay leaves, crumbled
    2 medium onions, quartered
    1/2 c. water or beef broth or dry red wine
    flour
Preparation
