Chicken Chalupas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 flour tortillas (medium)
    4 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 (7 oz.) chopped green chilies
    1 large sour cream
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    7 green onions (plus tops)
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 large can black olives, chopped
Preparation
    Combine
    soup,\tonions, sour cream, chilies, olives and all but 2 cups of the grated cheese.
    Set aside 2 1/2 cups of this mixture.
    Combine
    chicken\twith
    remaining
    mix.
    Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, roll and place seam side down in
    large casserole
    dish.
    Spread remaining mix over top and sprinkle with rest of cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
