Clam Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. clam juice
    1 c. milk
    1 pt. finely chopped clams
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add eggs, clam juice and milk.
    Stir well to make a batter.
    Stir in chopped clams and drop by spoonfuls onto a hot greased griddle.
    Cook about 5 minutes each side or until golden.
