Potato With Kale - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. small new potatoes
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    salt to taste
    1 medium onion, chopped
    fresh garden kale
Preparation
    Scrub and steam until tender the potatoes.
    In a large bowl, mash potatoes with oil and salt.
    Steam onion just until soft. Wash kale, allowing water to cling to leaves.
    Place kale in pan with onion and continue steaming, covered, until the kale is wilted.
    Chop fine and mix with potatoes.
    Place the mixture in an oven dish and bake at 350\u00b0 to warm through and blend flavors.
