Old Fashioned Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. orange juice
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs (2/3 to 1 c.)
    2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. dark corn syrup
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. pitted dates, cut up (1/2 c.)
    1 lb. mixed candied fruits (2 c.)
    1/2 lb. pecan halves (about 2 c.)
Preparation
    Measure all ingredients except fruit and nuts into a large mixing bowl.
    Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
    Stir in fruit and nuts.
    Spread mixture evenly into pans.
    Bake in muffin cups at 275\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
