Pineapple Surprise - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. drained pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Spray pie pan.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Mix pineapple, sugar, flour and juice well.
Spread in pie plate.
Top with cheese.
Mix crackers and butter, then spread on top.
Bake for 25 minutes, or until bubbly on bottom and golden brown on top.
