Southern Liver And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef liver
1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 large onion
salt and pepper
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut liver into squares.
Salt and pepper liver, then flour. Let vegetable oil get hot before putting liver into frying pan. Brown liver on both sides.
Slice onion; put on top of liver, then put a lid on top of pan.
Let simmer until onion is done.
After onion is done, add 1 1/2 cups water.
Let simmer for 20 minutes.
