Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. Karo syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Bring margarine, sugar, syrup and salt to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil five minutes without stirring.
    Take from burner and add soda and vanilla.
    Stir well and pour over popcorn which is in large baking pan or bottom of roaster.
    Mix well and bake in 250\u00b0 oven for one hour.
    Stir and mix well every 15 minutes.
