Basic Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. bacon grease
    4 onions
    4 to 6 bell peppers
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    2 cans tomato sauce (or paste)
    1 can tomato juice
    salt and pepper
    3 1/2 lb. boiled and peeled small shrimp
    3 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    Heat bacon grease. Saute finely chopped onions and peppers until tender.
    Remove and drain grease back into skillet. Add flour and let brown.
