Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 baking potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    3 to 4 Tbsp. chives
    3 to 4 Tbsp. minced onion
    8 oz. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. grated cheese
    bacon crumbs (optional)
Preparation
    Wash, oil
    and
    wrap
    potatoes
    in
    foil.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until tender.
    Remove
    foil
    and cut out top of potato.
    Scoop out inside of potato and put in mixer bowl.
    Cream potato with butter, salt
    and
    pepper, then chives, onions and sour cream. Put back into potato shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and bacon, if desired, on top of potato and let cheese melt.
    Then serve hot.
